Shiva is the god of creation and dissolution. Shakti his mate, is that manifestation of this divine creation. Using tools from the Anusara Yoga tradition to dance, play and reveal these god given energies. By planting intentional seeds of desires into the fabric of our being we create a life of divine action. This divine action propels us to new levels of consciousness, shifting patterns and ways of being, understanding and knowing. Learn to open your heart, expand upon each experience, and reveal a life of inherent goodness through your own Godliness.

It is all about Shiva:
If Shiva is creation and we are human manifestations of this creation, we walk in the knowing of Shiva. Each step a reflection of the Higher Conscious Self. An intentional practice with exploration and alignment to the needs of the Self. Let this practice reveal what you know one breath at a time. Cultivating a strong base from which to expand. Come play on the hands and feet, deepening the roots into what you know, and intentionally planting new seeds to experience reveal and shine.

Dance with the Divine
Shakti is the expressive, creative and energetic power that moves us. Affirmed with roots in Shiva, Shakti makes manifest through each experience. Rooted in what you know creates space for a deeper knowing. Revealing a freedom to express and intentionally create. Opening the heart is an expression of goodness from ones truest nature. Back bends reveal courage and clear a view into this goodness. Rising up energetically and creating a life of intentional goodness, body/mind, heart/spirit.
