Maximum class size is Eight! Light and Cozy!
The space will open 10 minutes prior to class time.
The practice will include chanting, pranayama and meditation.
Level 1/2
This practice is great for students who are building a steady yoga practice. Expanding awareness while revealing strength, flexibility and alignment. Using Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment to invite you to new levels of understanding in the body, mind and heart.
Level 2
An intermediate/advanced asana practice for the active practitioner. The Universal Principles of Alignment support an expansive journey into the heart, where goodness is revealed and all parts collide in support of a deeper union.
Yoga Basics
This is a beginning level practice; learning the roots of yoga through the Anusara Yoga tradition. Each asana will be taught with precision using tools from The Universal Principles of Alignment. What a gift that we may learn how to support our selves to move and live more fully.
Yoga Therapeutics
A gentle and slow paced asana practice with some restorative to slow the body down and learn to move from the inside out. This practice will offer Universal Alignment Principles so the body is free to heal and prana/vitality is restored. We have tendencies to block pain and store it in the body, let this practice bring you back to your optimal blueprint so you are free to live and dance in life’s celebration.

I am taking some time off to enjoy Summer with the Family and continue my training on my path of Anusara Yoga. Hope to see you in the space or around town and enjoy all that unfolds with these beautiful lingering days and such a beautiful play ground we have to play in! These are all days that I will be in town and holding a mixed levels practice. Namaste!

New Policy: If you are looking to practice with George you can purchase a punch card for his classes, Tuesday and Saturday. He will be happy to keep track of your classes so you don't have to.
