Noah Maze at Seattle Yoga Arts November 21,22,23 2008

October 31st, 2008

Noah Mazé was born into a household of yogis, and raised with the traditions of yoga. In addition to studying closely with John Friend for many years, Noah studies with Professor Douglas Brooks, one of the world’s foremost scholars of the Shrividya traditions of the Hindu Tantra. Noah’s teaching style is uplifting, energetic, and expressive of the depth of his knowledge and life long experience in the principles and practices of yoga. In Noah’s classes, yoga philosophy and myth weave together with asana, pranayama and meditation to create a powerful and transformative environment.

Namaste Yogis!

I am writing to let you know Ohana Yoga will be closed from October 6-10, 2008.

Oct 13 classes will begin again. I am excited to be journeying to Santa Fe to be with my teacher, John Friend. I will be studying and practicing advanced therapeutics with other fellow teachers. This is always a joy and really hands on. Through this practice of Anusara Yoga we support the body by seeking the alignment that brings us back to this place of what is optimal. These therapeutics support the journey back to our natural blue print.

Enjoy the week and create union more deeply by moving from the inside out.

Blessings,

Stacy Hemingway
